Morris Louis

"We refuse to leave. We're coming back next week!" I don't think I could have asked for better feedback. It was the last session of this 8 week workshop and it's been huge fun. We looked at American artist Morris Louis, concentrating in particular on his abstract paintings called 'Unfurled'. And the sun was shining so we created our own Unfurleds in the garden with trays, blobs of paint and water spray bottles. And of course, if you arm a bunch of kids with spray bottles, then a water fight is inevitable. Was a great last session!
