Delaunay

We talked about colour and watched a little animation on how colour can reflect emotions. We spent a lot of tie mixing paints to create different shades and tints and then we looked at Sonia Delaunay's geometric art and how her designs have been used in everything ranging from furniture, stage sets and fashion. Finally we got busy with lots of different sized lids dipped into paint to make beautiful circle prints on canvas.
