Rembrandt

We learnt about one of The Masters in this week's one-off workshop: Rembrandt and how he painted 'chiaroscuro' - a strong contrast between dark and light. We also looked at his amazing portraits and focussed on The Mill in particular. Kids used a mix of paint, pastel and collage and even a sprinkling of sand, to create their own mills on a clifftop. Beautiful.
