Van Gogh

A very warm welcome to my new home edders group who started their first session of my 8 week art course. We looked at Van Gogh and in particular, his 'Starry Night'. We watched a bbc clip in which a statue in an art gallery comes to life and climbs into a Van Gogh painting. The kids watched with wide eyes, gasping at the magic. Love it! I was really impressed with how all the children, even the very young ones, got into the Van Gogh vibe and made beautiful starry nights, with lots of swirls, splashes and energy in their art. A really lovely first session.
