August summer workshops: Chance Poem Collage

August summer workshops started with a fantastic 'chance poem collage' workshop yesterday. The kids created a beautiful background using watercolours, papers, peacock feathers and other pretty materials and then spent some time sifting through words cut from magazines to create their own poetry. Results were absolutely stunning and revealed some interesting poetry! 😮
